Just sending a quick email to thank you and all the staff at HRBR for looking after me last Thursday.
Not surprisingly, and no doubt like all your patients, I was feeling quite apprehensive and a little nervous when I arrived on the morning. But I was immediately made to feel at ease. From then on, I couldn’t have wished for the day to have gone more smoothly. Everyone that I had to deal with was extremely courteous, friendly and professional.
It was very reassuring to have so many of your staff involved at the ‘design’ stage and while there are a few months to go before I will see the final results, I am very pleased with the design and even after the first day, it was clear that any ‘stranger’ that I met had no idea that I had just had a hair transplant.
One friend has already said, it is going to take 10 years off me when the new hair starts to grow!
Thank you once again to everyone at HRBR for looking after me so well.
I look forward to seeing you again in 6 months time and will arrange that with Beverley in due course.
